This tool is retired
AI Case Report Writer was an older experimental tool I had built for drafting case reports. The backend that powered it is no longer maintained, so I do not want to keep showing a broken form or send visitors to an endpoint that no longer works.
I would rather be clear than pretend the tool is still active. Some of these early tools were useful experiments, but they were built before I moved more seriously toward better maintained medical and AI projects.
Because this was an experimental web tool, please do not enter personal, clinical, academic or confidential information here. The old form has been removed intentionally. If you reached this page from Google or an old bookmark, the safest assumption is that the previous version should no longer be used for real work.

My current focus is on writing better blog posts and building tools that are easier to maintain, more transparent, and more useful in real settings. That is why I am keeping this page as a clear notice instead of silently deleting it.
